Sign in and open Profile → Plan. Upgrading takes you to Stripe's secure checkout; your card details go to Stripe, never to SECURECORDS. Manage subscription lets you switch plans, change between monthly and yearly, update your card, download invoices or cancel. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; there are no refunds for partial periods (see our Terms of Use).
Nothing is deleted or locked. Every record stays readable, editable, exportable and deletable — only adding new readings, custom biomarkers or profiles pauses until you're back under the limit or upgrade.
Keep records for up to five people — for example you, a partner and your parents — in one account, each with their own dashboard, reference ranges, Phenotypic Age and reports. Profiles are encrypted like everything else, including which records belong to whom. Everyone in the account is unlocked by the same password, so use it for people whose records you already look after.
A typical blood panel has 30–45 values. Two panels a year is under 100 readings, so the Free plan covers several years of routine bloodwork. Daily home vitals such as blood pressure add up faster — that's what Plus and Pro are for.
Yes. Every plan uses the same end-to-end encryption. Privacy isn't something you should have to pay extra for.
Yes. A complete download of your records is included in every plan, including Free.
